HAY GUYS! REMEMBER ME? I LIKE TO DRAW!
So this past weekend (I just realized that all my stories start out with "So") I had plenty of free time to work on my own personal art. You know, that silly anime shite that no one takes seriously. That no self-respecting art-school-fag would draw. You know ... the stuff I like.
Well, I sat down with my pen and paper and came up with two ALL NEW WORKS!
I like XP-tans hands. 2000-tan looks alright. I hate ME-tan, so I didn't put a lot of work into her, and 95-tan just doesn't have an interesting outfit. Overall I'm fairly pleased, but the real test will be posting it on Wakachan! XD
This is fanart I did of Gito Gito Hustler! I want to color it and give it to them when they come back in the Spring. I had a shit ton of fun working on their outfits. I really like the pose I did of Fusa, the drummer. I tried to give all the girls more motion, because that's what I lack in my art, I think. All my people look too two-dimensional. Any tips on how to get around that?
Well, I plan on coloring both of these pieces in Photoshop, something I haven't done in awhile, and still color the originals with marker afterwards.
Tips? Advice? Compliments?
