okays, so, yes...it is once again that time of the year...
EXTREME DIET AND EXERCISE TIME
extreme diet and exercise weight goal: 122 lbs
an approximate 13 lb. weight loss
food: fish and chicken only for dinner...Apple for breakfast basically only healthy food, and if it's not healthy, it's in a very small portion...
exercise: running...running...sit-ups...and running
it should take me about a month
and it will be awesome...then I won't be the fatty of the group anymore hahaha
