Exercise, Part II

This is what I ultimately decided on.

Wake up, eat a banana.
Go on a walk/jog/stretch with Ruby. Big loop thru GG Park. Deep breaths.
This way lazy Ruru and I both get some adrenaline and relaxation going to start the day.
(Even though she just goes right back to bed.)

Then, I'll make it a point to fill some afternoons with more activity-based exercise. Basketball on Thursdays, and I put up a Craigslist ad for people who want to play tennis.

Did you know recreational tennis players are graded on a scale of 5? I figured out I was probably a 3:
