SUGGESTIONS:
~avoid exhausting physical activity
~try not to bump your ribs during normal activity
~apply heat to help relieve pain

Leah - I had this last august. I went to the emergency room because for two days I could barely breathe, talk, laugh, or move my upper body. I thought I was having a heart attack...or something. It fucking sucked.
What is nice though...is that I know when I start lifting something...that feeling starts... so I stop lifting immediately so it won't come back.
