Band Festival
Well, I just got back from our band fesitval, and overall, we did average. I feel we did better than average, and so did our band director, but that's what the judges gave us. 1 is the best and 3 is the worst. On sightreading, we got a 1. Three judges analyzed our overall performance, and two of them gave us a 2 and one gave us a 3 ( I really didn't want ANY 3's) so overall, we got a 2. Which is ok I guess, but I'm not happy about it. We could have done better than we did, but we shouldn't have gotten a 3. We were supposed to get an average of 1 for us to get to go to 6 flags, so I don't know. I'm thinking we might still get to go since SGM (our band director) thought we did really well. Who knows...I'll find out tomorrow.
