Aspen Mountain Press -- possible legal recourse

I know a couple of people who have or had stories stuck in the AMP meltdown; there is an article in Huffington Press suggesting some possible avenues to pursue. This situation has been reported to the office of the Attorney General of Colorado, who suggests authors band together and get a Colorado lawyer. It's going to take persistence but might be worth looking into for royalties.

Also, from a comment by Celina Summers, a former editor who tried to clean up the mess, if AMP's website has not gone back online, as of December 17 2011 your rights have reverted Check your contracts...
