Six, Braids, Jenine, Pee and Myths

and this is how many days are left until school starts.
Until then, I have more than enough to do.
No, really, I have PLENTY to do.
First and foremost, I am lazy.
I am lazy and I have decided to get my hair braided. Atleast for the beginning of the school year.
I think its a good idea since I will already be getting used to a new apt, new roomates and a new schedule. I do not think that on top of all this, I could also handle a new hairdo.
I have also decided and estimated (and yes I really have estimated) that I save about 10 extra minutes in the mornings getting ready for school or going out period, when my hair is in braids.
But to start out the school year,I think that keeping the braids is a good idea.
And so does Jenine. She is my bestfriend and is coming to Phoenix tonite.
I am excited to see her.She reminds me of old Leemah and that is okay. It is good to be reminded of old Leemah sometimes.
It makes me appreciate the friends that I've made, kept and left behind since high school.
...really, it does. And I am glad that I kept Jenine.
I will see her for a day and we will hang out and talk about everything(well,not everything, because remember I am new Leemah) that either of us has missed since we last saw each other, which was back in January.
In January, Jenine came down to Tucson with me over winter-break and visited my apt.
That was fun. And Jenine said snaggle-toothed.
Lauren loved it.
And its been funny ever since.
You know what? I was going to tell you about every single thing that I have to do over the next six days, but now I think that I change my mind.
I have a physical tomorrow.
I had lab work last week, which basically means peeing in a cup...
but tomorrow I have the actual physical.
I hear that it is good to get these things once a year. Especially once a girl turns 18.
I will let you know if the myth is true.
