And I guess it doesn't matter because the State Dept. and Obama's Jobs Council are all for it. Lets see, send 700,000 barrels a day to the Gulf Coast reifneries. Excellent, the oil companies say they do not have the capacity to process oil when Obama wants to release the Stratigic Reserve but they can handle all the oil that they can get from Canada let alone the NEW oil shale field in central Texas. Yep, lets put all that oil in a bottle neck and be better able to control the amount of gas that can be sent out.
Several hundred miles of pipe have already been pre-made and construction is just waiting for Obama to sign the international agreement.
