friends
So I have this day-calendar thingy that I won and each day has a different quote about friends and friendship. As each day passes, you're supposed to tear off the page from the day before and read the new one. As I was doing this, I found that some of them are really interesting and I like them a lot. Here are a few:

"Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light." -Helen Keller
"A friend will tuck the tag back into your collar." -Anonymous

"We are not the same persons this year as last; nor are those we love. It is a happy chance if we, changing, continue to love a changed person." -W. Somerset Maugham
I really like these. I think they all state what true friends are. I only hope that my friends are all these kind of friends, because I don't know what I would do without them.
