I kinda like the way she dips...
What an interesting past couple of weeks it's been. Finally back at UA and back into classes. This semester seems like it should be a pretty good one, from the looks of things. New College is looking quite promising to me and Japanese is like it always is, with the addition of my new Kanji/Culture class which will begin tomorrow. Geography looks like it's just gonna be there. But, it sounds pretty interesting, even if our prof. has a slight bit of douche-ness to him. I guess that just comes with the job/subject matter. But, here's to a good semester. It's started out really good this past week, with a really cool basketball game and getting to hangout with friends all weekend long :)
So, I got bored and changed the title of this place again at the top. What can I say, the song "A Salty Piece of Land", along with the book of the same name, has really been in my head lately. Somewhat of a nostalgic book, I can somewhat see myself in the character of Tully Mars. As for the song, also nostalgic. If anyone happens to give it a listen, you'll see what I mean. Yeah, I don't think anyone understood any of that :P Enough of that rambling.
Also, figure I'm gonna go ahead and put this out in the open, since I've aleady asked a couple of people. After the success of after-finals Destin Trip '04, it's making a return this year. Destin Trip '05 is going to be in May, a week or so after finals, depending on which is more convenient for everyone. For those SERIOUSLY interested, let me know! I need to have a good idea of who wants to go, so I can figure out the room situation. But, yeah, keep me informed! Last year was a great trip, let's make this one a great one, too!
