This weekend was great. I was able to hangout with Ben in MN and still was able to finish my science paper. Northfield is definitely a great town. They've got a great Mexican restaurant right downtown that has huge $4 burritos and three kinds of hot sauce on every table. There are also lots of cool kids, many of which I hung out with. Highlight of the weekend was probably watching two drunk kids sit on a front lawn and call people on their cellphones while we waited for the pizza to arrive at around 2 in the morning. Saturday night was one of the best times I've ever had. I also got to meet Ben's girlfriend, who's got dreads so you know she's super cool, and watch about 5 Sci Fi Channel movies full of ridiculous stories and predictable plotlines. School's almost out and then its on to Spain. Yea-yuh. Tommorow i hope to comprar unos regalos para my Spanish family with Natalie, and hopefully she will who she's going to vivir with this summer (I got my letter today about that). Apparently I'm going to live with two parents and a 22 year old sister that lives at home in the city. Sounds pretty good to me except that both the parents and I find stale cigarette smoke to be the most disgusting smell in the world. It could be worse though. I hope everyone has a great summer without me. Hannah, I'm definitely going to try to send a letter to you at your hotel, so you have to give me a copy of your schedule so I can time it right. Also, I hope your poison ivy is better. I forgot about it until I read your post which is good because it means I didn't notice it today and so its probably better.
Oh, if anyone has any gift ideas for a middle aged Spanish couple or a 22 year old Spanish woman let me know.
