He did. Asbel feels that this situation does not affect the promise he made.

I'm not surprised. Asbel isn't the sort of person to give up on a promise, even if the situation changes. He truly wishes to show you the good in people, and I have offered my help as well, though I don't know how useful it will be.

Have you even tried asking him, Lambda? He cares about your welfare. He wouldn't want you to be alone any more than I do.
