Can we be Friends?
It’s hard to ask for more than love, because love is supposed to be the ultimate goal is it not? But what I want is beyond that, I want you to be my Best friend forever. To catch me when I fall, to hold me when I’m sick, to love me when I feel like the World has crushed me beneath it’s weight, as I’d do the same for you. To play catch with me and learn with me. To go through life finding joy in one anothers company and a warm palm to safely place our hearts. To rediscover the World together and create all of our very own sacred places. Of course I still want to be loved by you, but that comes second nature to friendship, love is just a conduit binding two hearts and souls together. I want to create a life with you and learn all of your faults, so that I can love them too.
