change of seasons stuff...
1) OMG, if you haven't read Phryne Fisher books by Kerry Greenwood, and if you have the least enjoyment of crime and mystery novels, and especially if you're an Aussie, or if you like Starbuck types (this one's a 1920's female Poirot, except she's more amazing)... GO NOW AND BUY THEM.
I am currently addicted, hence the new icons/layout, if you can call my poor skills at customizing a 'layout'.
2) I have hair down past the average bra-strap height, and it's been dark blonde / light brown for a long time. It has been altered: a Garnier Opalescent Blonde pack turned it into an amazing strawberry gold, and it's amazing what a little change like that can do for your outlook.
3) Minor fic update: Eris and Aurora and Contraventions should be updated soon. Minor Fandom Update: I'll have reviews of the last two BSG eps up by the weekend and hopefully Friday's new up done by Monday, acquisitions permitting.
4) Lush is addictive. I am not usually fond of 'soap' per se - sensitive skin and all that, I tend to use soap-free products - but this? Alkmaar soap? Divine. Creamy, light, smells like paradise. And this Butterball bomb with the musky-buttery-chocolate stuff that melts in the bathwater and turns your skin gorgeous ... guh. And there's a million other things. Including a chocolate-body-massage bar, and talcs and solid shampoos and limitless indulgence at reasonable prices.
5) Challenge me. Fic-writing rut, blah blah, give me pilot-oriented challenges (pilots singular or plural or paired, it's all good) for ficlets. First five will be attempted.
