even needs have needs
tonight was good. really good. kristin and i met marvin downtown for his friend's friend's art show in a shady old building. made an excessive amount of eye contact with an attractive bearded guy. wish i'd stayed longer, but we were on a time limit. afterward, she and i went to the cheesecake factory where they actually have a heated patio. it was pretty remarkable, it was totally outdoors but they had these really tall beams next to each table that emanated heat.
came home to a cornstarch/water concotion that sam and anthony had made, which is basically a liquid.. but a solid.. at the same time. i seriously sat there marveling with my hand in it for a good twenty minutes. then patrick and sean came over and we watched some whitest kids u know.
went to bed at 7am yesterday morning because kyle and i got in the most unusually heated discussion for a good three hours. so i am so ready to pass out right now.
johnny's coming up from orlando for thanksgiving, that should be nice. cleave acknowledged his spottiness when it comes to keeping plans lately and said he'd change it. and ron and i might hang out tomorrow. having friends is nice!
sooo much schoolwork left though, i hope i can pull through. :( i'm doing really well this semester, obviously much better than my last semester, but i'm so afraid i'm going to fuck it up at the end. i've just been given so much work at the precise time i am starting to burn out.
