I got my internship!!!! 3 months in Paris. I had pretty much given up hope of ever spending any extended period of time in France again, so I'm super psyched that that is not the case. I start may 20th and end august 20th...right before law school starts. This of course means that I'll have to get hopping on the whole appartment search thing before I leave. I told my boss today that I'd be leaving, and he was super bummed. I totally understand. Anyway, as I said before, I totally expect everyone and their mom to visit me, and will be super offended if you don't :-). Oh, and I was just kidding about the spooning thing in the last post. Unless.... ;-). Did I mention that I get a free apartment, with TV, a free cell phone, free metro pass, AND a salary. AND I only have to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and half of Wednesdays, excepting weekend excursions, weeks during which my regularly scheduled work hours will be reduced. It really rocks my world, and I'm super excited to start. Please schedule your visits anytime except the weekend of July 16-17...I have unofficially reserved that for Ida's and my trip to Am-dam. Long Bastille day weekend and all!
