i love bumming. for now.
since i've stopped working, well b&j doesn't really feel like a job job, i've been enjoying late mornings and fun times.
like how ida came over the day after we came back and we curled our hairs with rollers and the curling irons until we looked like poodles. it was such a disaster but quite funny haha
stationary shopping with jerrine gave us a much bigger kick than it should! cheap thrills :D
on fri before our dinner chomp chomp, i went to chen su lan children's home with ben and steph. to give tuition and play with the kids. i taught this boy kent three exercises! ok and spent the rest of the 2h talking to him about pirates haha. so funny. but it was pretty shocking when i found out the kids discriminate at a young age. the good looking kids are usually in the popular clique. well adults don' need to be good looking. we just need to be bulliable apparently, according to ben. how cruel the world is.
ooh ya and i started work at b&j's on sat! was pretty fun coz time passed really fast! but sth cropped up apparently so my manager is really busy and i dunno my shift for next week :/
small group survival today was actually pretty alright. not as bad as i imagined it to be haha. i actually had some fun! just that our group was tiny today. and i stil wonder how we're gonna survive when everyone seems to be leaving but i guess God will provide somehow (: and poor val kept imagining that we were laughing at her cheeks all the time that it became quite funny! haha its the self consciousness that makes us think pple notice more about ourselves than they actually do.
then i was out with leslie and ivan in the aftenoon and what a strange time we had. leslie was being incredibly evil (and crazy as usual) and wanting to knock all the little cute kids with a saucepan or our brownie pan or some frying pan or something.
