This month is National November Writer's Month or NaNoWriMo, and that means time to be masochistic. I have decided that while I may not get to 50,000 words, I should definitely rekindle my romantic feelings for all that is novel writing.

This means I have to REALLY get into writer mode and motivate myself. I used to write sickeningly long poems,

Whaaaaaaaaaaat?!?

You are doing this craziness too? Oh what madness has gripped my friends who happen to be writers.

I almost feel guilt-tripped into doing it myself, except there is NO WAY I could write a 50,000 word novel along with my current 1,000 words a day for my blog. And given how new-ish my blog is, I feel like that takes priority :(

But, by the way, if you want I could try and edit it when you are close to done. I feel like I should be doing something and perhaps with my help we could make your novel the snazziest of the bunch!

Cool! I sincerely doubt I'm going to make the cut for that, so I guess it's not really NanoWriMo in the very sense of it, but I wanted to push myself back into writing. Sure, I can send it your way when I'm more into it!
