I'm fairly certain that CNN is trying to make Bush look like a fool at all times. First, they had the heading saying "Bush: Worst disaster in US history", which was reporting on his response to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and now comes this--

--Which is about t-minus three seconds away from being photoshopped with a Looney Tunes image and thrown onto YTMND or something.
