WIL-Workshops 1
It's that time again... time where I post on my LJ...
1. Being an instructor is...interesting, challenging, scary
a. teaching my friends/family/people I love and admire is a whole different ball-game
2. I want to learn to read my "audience" as an instructor--so that I can be (more) effective.
a. See above.
3. I like Big Booty. I just do. It makes me feel silly and I think it's fun. I'm glad I get to do it lots.
4. I want to go to class!!!
a. I will pump the brains of all my friends who went to class to find out what I missed.
5. Flora is the "little sister" and her mission statement is "Look at me too!" That's what I've got so far... hopefully I can fill in the "smart guy" role to Zemi's "ditz"
a. I am so glad Lace will be having a short bus lab on group dynamics. Win!
6. I loose all track of time in classes... I think I always have, but before, it was someone else's job to keep us on track. Now it's mine.
7. Tortles are good. Protein, carbs, fat, in bite-sized packages. Win!
8. I need long johns that are actually long... someday
9. Even through denim, and long johns, mosquitos still find a way to bite me. Bitches.
10. Being late (or by the skin of my teeth on time) makes me tense and grouchy
