(no subject)
Well, i figured i*d update about my trip to Charolette. : )
Friday
i woke up at 830 to finish getting my things packed and stuff like that.me and Jessica ate lunch with Pappaw at Dairy Queen before left and we left from down there at like 11.then we drove and drove and drove for what felt like forever but it was really only 3 hours.haha*but Keith called when we were like 1 1/2 hours from hickory and said they were gonna stop to eat and that we would just meet them at the hotel so we stopped in Mooresville and ate then went to DEI.it was pretty cool.then we left and had only like 30 min. left before we would get to Charolette but when we got to the hotel we left after we brought our stuff up and went down to SPEED streets.it was so much fun.i got to see Elliot Sadler!!! : D omgah.haha*words cannot explain.lol*i got some really good pics too.lol*but he did unfortunately fall!!it was actually quite funny.haha*they had to carry him out on a stretcher and everything,which was kinda bad, but he was okay which in turn, made it funny.lol*but after he fell him and carl edwards and jeff burton came out for the audience to ask questions.when he came back out he had a superman belt buckle on!!haha*after they went off,blake shelton gave a concert.it was really good!!but we left around 1130 because Verlie&Matthew were tired.and after we got back to the hotel we all went to bed.
Saturday
we woke up at like 1030 and got ready and got ready and went and ate in the mall and then just walked around the mall all day.i got a Elliot Sadler t-shirt! : ) haha*and a hat from bass pro.we left there at like 4 and then came back to the hotel and Matthew went swimming and cut his foot so Verlie stayed at the hotel with him and we went back down to SPEED streets.we saw Trenton Tomlinson,Keith Anderson,and Chris Cagle in concert.it was REALLY good.it all ended around 1130 and we went back to the hotel and went to bed.
Sunday
we got up at like 8 and got ready and went and ate at McDonald*s and then went to the race track.when we got there we took our stuff to our seats and then went back over to the trailers.i wanted to go to the Elliot Sadler trailor and i got a hat. : D then everybody else wanted to go to somebody else*s trailor!!haha*after everybody had went where they wanted to go,we went back to our seats and watched the pre-race stuff.i got to see carrie underwood in concert there.and a bunch of military people.haha*then at 530 the race started.: D Dale Jarret didn*t even make a whole lap!!haha*it was thanks to Robbie Gordon though.let*s see,then Tony Stewart wrecked and broke his scapula.i thought they said spatula!!haha*whoever #70 is, he blew a tire right infront of us.Jeff Gordon wrecked.: D everybody started cheerin`!!it was really funny.Kyle Busch wrecked and threw his hans at Casey Mears&then him and his team had to go to the 'big red trailor'.i*m not sure what happened,but my guess is that it wasn*t too good.Elliot Sadler did end up getting lapped twice!!:' ( there will be other races though.: ) he didn*t have a very good weekend.poor thing!!haha*Jr finished 11 though.which was good!!it*s the first time he*s finished at Charolette in four years i think!!but i*m just glad Jimmie Johnson didn*t win.Kasey Kahne won and i think it was a pretty good trade off!!haha*i like him.Carl Edwards finished 3rd i think.after the race there was too much traffic and Keith had brought his grill and he fixed hamburgers and we ate before we left and there were these drunk guys that were like 30 feet away from us and they started yellin` stuff like 'DALE JARRET SUCKS' and 'I HATE JIMMIE!!'haha*it was really funny.we left the track at about 1230 and got back to the hotel around 130 or 2.we all went straight to bed.
Monday
we got up around 9 and got ready to leave because we had to leave at 11.we all went to eat at chili*s before we left and then we left there around 1230.we got home about 545.i slept most of the way back.i*m still sleepy!!haha*
Tuesday
yesterday we played haysi and won 1-0.i came home and slept until like 11!haha*then i got on here.
Today
i woke up at 10 and took a shower and got ready for the game.we played castlewood and we won!2-0: ) we go on to state now!!i think it*s in Radford.but we play Honaker tomorrow for the Region D title.they beat Gate City today 2-0.wish us luck!!
