year in review

Jan 06, 2006 02:57

well, here's my year in review, taken from lines of my LJ from the corresponding months. mine doesn't even make much sense.

Jan: I'm gonna regret this later, aren't I?
Feb: And plus, its relaxing and its going to feel awesome.
March: Back to you in the newsroom, Ken...
April I'm not sure that cliche works there.
May: i have met the greatest people i could have ever met here, and i love all of my friends. thank ya'll for hanging out with me and making me feel like i'm cool.
June: Seeing people just weeping and being humbled was incredible.
July: but seriously, BEN FOLDS. that so awesome!!!
Aug: I met Edward Albee!!
Sept: so this is just a selfish rant to no one, and i guess i feel better now that i've written it.
Oct: if not, hey, i won't know who you are and i won't track you down with my pack of demon hunting dogs and have them tear the very flesh off of your sad, breaking bones. deal?
Nov: ya'll are a huge blessing to me. thanks guys.
Dec: if you are reading, go take a bathroom break - you probably need one after that epic.

here's a quote i've been mulling over recently, and i've decided for the most part its pretty true:
"Art is a lonely road."
~Vincent In Brixton, Nicholas Wright
