I wanted to write a rec for this incredible BoP (TVverse) I just read, but there's so much other fantastic femslash going on (yuletide and Secret Slasha -- see femslash_today for masterlists) that it felt like it wasn't enough. totally off topic, but have read a story with Sally and Angua from the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett??? Because I am reading Thud at the moment, and there is enough slash to write about.

I...saw that...er... Well what happened is that right after you commented on my LJ, a couple of folks emailed to say that you had recc-ed Grammar. Of course, I was all blithely yes-she-told-me.

Of course, what I hadn't realised was how lavish and generous you were with your praise. I'm very touched that you would take so much effort to avow your liking of my story. That you read and enjoyed it to some degree is all that I could have hoped. But this - is exceeding kind of you. I mean...it makes me want to read the story, and I wrote the blessed thing.
