So what could have taken him six days to do (average time - Ponyta skillz) took him fourteen. Hence why he hasn't been attentive to his Gear. At all. Or his map, for that matter. But he considers that, y'know, it'd be a good idea to alert whoever was near that he cared to see know that he was, well, in Violet City. Finally.]

[He clears his throat, straightens up, and ducks behind Reiten the Ponyta to avoid being seen as he makes this transmission. Hey, it's embarrassing talking into this thing. NO ONE MUST SEE. But if anyone has spoken to him before, they might noticed he sounds more...tense than usual.]
I've arrived in Violet City. Reiten and I have made it without much difficulty, although...the food given was less than satisfactory.
