Doesn't all this ash shit remind you of it?

Ve, it does! Do you think a volcano erupted somewhere close?

Should we go do something, Prussia? Uwaah, maybe I should go talk to Germany!

I'm more worried about what happened after the ash. The weather that year was awful. Remember the snowstorms in summer? I think we'd best prepare for that sort of situation.

You're right! Though I don't have any crops to worry about...

Ve, how are we going to keep warm?

Of course I'm right! Don't act so surprised!

We need to stockpile food and warm clothing. Also, I'll probably have to warn the rest of the city; they're too foolish to realize this shit on their own.

Waah, Prussia you're amazing! You're right, you're right! We should go get those things!

Ve, it's a good idea to warn people in the city too. I wouldn't want everyone to either starve or freeze to death.

Exactly. I can't have my people dying from something as stupid as this. It reflects badly on myself!

Just make sure, when you go out looking for supplies, to keep your nose and mouth covered. I doubt even a country could survive with that clotting your lungs.

Then you'll have to show them what a great leader you are, Prussia!

Ve, yessir! I will! I don't want to die a second time or America said he'd punch me in the face! His punches probably hurt a lot too.

If America ever punches you in the face, I'll kick his ass. He has no right manhandling my allies!

Well he only said he'd punch me if I died again! It's okay Prussia, America won't punch me for no reason. Ve, we have good a foreign relations together back home!
