Yeahhhh I got it on my car!
Jeepers it's been forever since I updated. I'll fill you in on the last few days.
Thursday me and Joe went to see Thursday in Louisville. I was very happy to go back to Louisville because I love it there. I think I was more excited to just be in Louisville than to go to the show. That sounds ridiculous but it's true. Something about this city really draws my attention,, just the atmosphere is very inviting.
Anyhow, we get to Headliner's and I am appalled to discover that they put up a barricade and there are security guards everywhere. And as if crowd surfers wern't bad enough, the guards THREW the crowd surfers back into the crowd which is the WORST idea EVER. Duhh instead of grabbing them and escorting them to the side, let's throw them back into the sea of people and cause more injury! Brilliant.
Thursday played a long and enjoyable show. Geoff was DRENCHED about halfway through the performance,, literally dripping with sweat. I took some good pictures. One security guard tried to cover up/take my camera but was unsuccessful. Here's my favoritest picture I took:
We left and then went to
HEAVEN.
I skated for like 3 hours. I really wish I could live in Louisville. Maybe I can Co-Op there next summer or something.
Ehh what else. My camera [Canon S30] bit the dust. Wouldn't turn on. I took it to Best Buy this evening and they allowed me to get a new camera because of the warranty. So Now I have an S50. Had to take the display model but I don't care. Finally,, 3 minute, full-sized movies. Plus I got a new 4-year warranty,, so In February 2008 remind me to drop my S50 down a water slide so I can get an S983.
Also, Mike sold me my 27th video game system on Friday. I now have a Magnavox Odyssey 2 in my collection.
