as of january 1st in king county.. aka where my parents live
it will officially be illegal to smoke cigarettes inside a rental property.
so basically unless you own a home you are no longer allowed to smoke anywhere in king county. you already can't smoke on sidewalks.. within 15 feet of a window, doorway, or a vent. but now you can't smoke in your own home. so that means no smoking on your balcony's.. porches.. or backyards,
kind of ridiculous
