I heart Life!!
I JUST realized that | havn't updated my LJ since the cows came home so here's a snapshot of life de Eliza:
1. I havee officially quit Wet 'n Wil and my new job as a Walt Disney World Convention Associate starts Friday. I'm really excited and, i'm not going to lie, as much as that job MAY sound like it doesn't pay well, it reallllyyy does.
I'm GOING to work for the MOUSE!
2. I had a dull New Years Eve but my new year shaping up to be pretty exciting. I had a visit from my dear friend from Ohio and we went to every theme park an its mom. Then yesterday, my best friend since the summer before high school decides to make a surprise visit to see me yesterday. It was nice to have someone I've known for forever to go to church to.
3. I am no longer an active sister of Kappa Kappa Gamma. That's really the saddest thing I've started this year with, but I'm excited about being an alumna now and, hopefully, an advisor in the future. I don't know if I could go back and advise my OWN chapter after how much it meant to me to be active there **detaching myself from that might be hard** but I would do it if the need arrised.
4. A guy I met on LJ sent me a ranodm voice message today. I LOVE random LJ friends. I remember that I met Beta Ben from LJ and there have been other random connections I've made including "name sake Elizabeth." Unlike a LOT of people, I have had good luck from the people I met on here.
5. Elyse, you rock my sox; FEEL BETTER and say no to mono!!
