Day 24 - Favorite classic game - Nowadays, I think FFVII is considered a classic game. With that in mind, I'm going to consider SNES and earlier games. Since those are what my old ass considers classic, and I'm going to go with Donkey Kong Country. My parents bought my brothers and I a SNES with Donkey Kong Country for Christmas one year, and we spent all morning playing it. Without the help of strategy guides, I eventually got every coin and found every secret the old fashioned way. Which pretty much means I dived off every cliff to see if one of those star barrels happened to be there. This was before I really got into RPGs, and I played the hell out of this game. I loved every second of it. I loved 2 as well. Never played 3, but Dixie Kong was the shit, so I imagine it kicked ass.
I applied for a few jobs I found on Craigslist today. I haven't officially completed my course, but I figure it should still look good to mention that I took it. I don't know if it'll make much of a difference, but here's hoping. I'm also going to apply to the dollar store down the street, which is hiring. I figure it'll hold me until I can find a job at a veterinary hospital.
