End of the Year for Schroedinger's Bat
Hi all.
Still no job, still no internet, still no phone. Been a brutal month so far. Son's son (age 4) had to have an appendectomy. Oldest brother died (first of our generation to do so). One of the grandkid's birds (who live at my house because of the cats at their house) died. I'm recovering from all of it but still a little shell-shocked.
On the good side, Daughter's son had a great birthday party and dinner that I was a part of. I'm still in my house and will continue to be until the end of July 2009 (longer if I can find a job). So far I am in reasonable health (both mental and physical).
Enough about me. Here's hoping that whatever end-of-the-year holiday you celebrate is joyous and heart-warming and that 2009 is better for all of us.
