The old days
Just for curiosity I pulled up the old house in Lodi, CA that we sold a few years ago for an insane amount of money at the time considering the house. I found a market analysis for it an it topped out at 288K more than what we sold for. I also noticed that it just recently sold again for 95K. Less than half of what we got for it.
