I'm not well....full of cold..sore throat, sneezing and aching all over....after doing the usual runs with the kids this morning I decided that going back to bed was a good option...this I promptely did. but mum has just rung and woke me up..so I am just having a quick catch up on here and then I intend going back to bed for another hour or so....because I am ill We havnt managed to get to the gym for another session yet...this will be rectified as soon as We both feel better...cos Sir isnt feeling too good either..I blame Jo..she was ill last week...so I reckon We caught this off her
