Tired

I am so exhausted. Not only physically but mentally. My mind just won't stop and neither will my body. I know I shouldn't worry about money but I do it anyway. All I've been doing is homework, working out, and figuring out unemployment crap because they give you all this stupid paperwork and my instructions were in Spanish and I don't have the brain power to try and decipher it. It really pissed me off because I asked that English be my primary language and just because I have a Hispanic last name, I get the Spanish pamphlet crap. I'm not very surprised because the people who work for the county are mainly white trash uneducated ding bats. I gave it to VooDoo to chew up. My body finally took a bit hit with all my working out lately and I was so dizzy this morning when I got up. I only slept about three hours and I'm sure that had something to do with it too. Either way, I went for a jog with VooDoo for about 20 mins. It was more like a power walk because he's dumb and can't be off leash when cars are around. I started off on the trail and realized that if anything was to happen no one would hear me and I forgot to bring my pepper spray Miles' dad got me for X-mas with me and I didn't bring my cellphone because I was already carrying his leash and my keys.

I took a job as an Assistant Account Manager which essentially is an Assistant Producer with a different title. In about 3 to 6 months, I'll be an Account Manager (Producer) from what my boss promised me. Awesome right?! Well yea really awesome but not at the same time. Because my studio is still in start-up mode, I'm only working 12hrs a week and I won't even mention how horrible the money is. I will just say that I thought when I was going to do this, I'd maybe lose half of what I was making at DAM, this is three times if not more. It is something though which is better than nothing and everyone is really awesome and the fact that my boss is going to mentor me is even better. I know I can find something to fill in the gaps but it's going to be hard to not kill myself doing it. Luckily my schedule can be flexible. I am tempted not to do school next term but I will. I'll do just one class.

If I took the job at Eidos, I would still be taking a huge risk at being unemployed again. The job wasn't permanent but it was full time and paid more then what I was making at DAM. I would be killing myself more because I would be required to work 10+hours a day which I don't mind doing but with school and travel time that would be 1.5 hours each way in GOOD traffic, how depressing would my life be? All I'd be doing is work and driving. I realized that I am not ready for that. It wasn't hard to make the decision but I am just afraid of regretting it in a monetary sense because Miles isn't working full time and won't be for awhile. When he starts to work as an EMT it will be even worse. Hopefully by then I'll be making more money. Luckily we don't have much debt. I am still paying for Matt's mistakes but the cost is lower then it was two years ago. It's amazing how time passes so quickly.
