SALES RULES / POLICIES
♦ I was granted sales permission on March 21, 2015 by areica96 for pkmncollectors. ((Feedback Here))
♦ I will not sell to banned members from that community.
♦ I reserve the right to decide not to sell to anyone I feel uncomfortable with if you have any Negative/Neutral Feedback.
♦ First person to post about an item has priority on the item. If they do not respond within 24 hours after I have answered their question/quote, it will go on to the next person.
♦ I will hold items, within reason. No longer than a week.
♦ Prices listed do NOT include shipping and other fees.
♦ I expect all payments to be made within 48 hours of price given. If not made, it will become available for purchase again.
♦ Minimum purchase of 5$.
♦ Haggling, within reason, is acceptable. I do not know prices of items all that well, so it's possible I over valued something.
♦ Trades for items on my wishlist are always welcome, but do not feel dejected if I turn you down. I might just need the money more.
♦ Once a package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for whatever happens to it. Loss, stolen, etc... I had no control over these outcomes. If something breaks in transit due to my packing, however, please contact me. I try to do my best at packing things to make sure this doesn't happen, but it can happen.
♦ I will NOT tolerate my stuff being bought and resold at higher prices because I under priced it, wether it is due to my unknowingly putting it at that price or not. I try to make my prices reasonable because I am a collector. I don't want my stuff to be super expensive and make people cry at the sight of something they want but can't touch. I know that pain (see my grail). That being said, if you are found reselling something you have bought from me at higher prices I will ban you from my sales.
PAYMENT
♦ At this time I only accept Paypal.
♦ Payments are to be made to dragontiger85@comcast.net
♦ As mentioned above, payment must be received within 48 hours of your price being given. If not, it will be available for purchase again.
♦ Payments will include: items wanted, Paypal fees, shipping cost, and possibly shipping materials if needed.
♦ Payment on an item being held must be made by the end of the date you gave, or one week from the item being put on hold.
SHIPPING
♦ I ship from Pennsylvania, USA.
♦ I will ship internationally, but at your expense. Please realize this can be pricey. I will need your Country/ZIP to help calculate shipping.
♦ I will do my best to make sure everything arrives safely. That means reinforcing tags to not bend, bubble wrap or padding to reduce risk of breaking. But as mentioned above, once the package leaves my hands I am not responsible for it.
♦ I will try to have packages out within reasonable time.
♦ Tracking numbers will be given once the item is sent.

♦ By purchasing from me you AGREE to all the above conditions.
♦ If you have read everything above, please mention in your reply either "Mortichai" or "Dozer". You may pick whichever.
