I.......I HAVE CREATED...........................BEER!!!!!!!
It will be moons before I taste it......but I'm told it tastes a lot like Golden Monkey, so next time you're in Pennsylvania or New York find a Golden Monkey and you can pretend you're drinking the beer we made.
For once in my life, I've done something for the benefit of mankind!!!!
And it is glorious.
We're naming it: "The Diabetic Mexican," in honor of our diabetic, Puerto Rican friend who slipped, briefly, into a diabetic coma the weekend it was brewed. He's fine now. So it's funny. And I'm well aware that Puerto Rico isn't Mexico...
