Norwegian audio books with text (and penpals)

It's been a while since I've last posted here, but I was wondering if anyone could help me find any Norwegian audiobooks with text? I want to add more to the language bubble which I'm trying to create, so that I can immerse myself more in Norwegian.
I also want to ask if there are any Norwegians (or Norwegian speakers) with whom I can become pen pals? I want to improve my conversation skills and understanding. While I am now in London, it is currently hard trying to find more Norwegians with whom I can speak the language with.
