Teaching German for the first time...!
Hey everyone! I need a little input.
On Tuesday I'm teaching a German class for adults with learning difficulties. I've been to the class once before, it's a very small group (4-5 students) and it's beginners German. It goes on for about 30 to 45 minutes.
I've taught single students before but never a group and I'm a little nervous. I've settled on teaching the colours in German to them, and have a few ideas, but nothing to fill up the time!
I was wondering if anyone had any exercises or games for this topic. The usual teacher likes to keep things very simple on account of the class' learning difficulties, but I do not want to patronise them, either. So something simple, but stimulating and fun would be best.
Any games/exercises/tips/hints/teaching methods would be greatly appreciated!
