That sort of depends if you want American made or Korean made. Ebay is a good source for the Korean ones... (American ones too but those can also be gotten easily from the American companies...)
I personally have a Nurian X30 which, while made in Korea, functions in Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese, and also has an 11 language talking dictionary. I love it. If I recall tho... the Udea was the one that also has internet and email capabilities, but that was over 300 last I checked. I've heard good things about the iRivers and Sharps too.
As for American brands, my dad has an ECTACO for Thai which he likes and I know they make Korean ones too.
I would go on ebay and check. Most American ones don't feel as adequate as the korean ones. Nurian's are pretty awesome and can be touch screen, which is nice if you get Chinese characters and want to get that into Korean. I have an iRiver and I love mine to death. Not touch screen but is just as awesome and comes with a built-in mp3 player and ebook reader, which I think many come with. It's actually pretty useful and I use my ebook reader a lot (for .txt documents filled with a complete list of Korean grammar. o.O)
lol I always meant to put docs with grammar info on mine but I've never had the time. Maybe that will be one of my projects this summer.
And yeah, the touch screen is one of my favorite things about my Nurian (though lots of brands come touch screen these days). It lets you highlight any word and instantly look it up and has handwriting recognition in several languages. It's pretty sweet and uber handy.
I'm not sure how many brands have user interfaces in multiple languages though. Does the iRiver allow you to change the menus to English? 'Cuz I never knew mine would do that until after I bought it and hit the magic button.
