a day at the Zoo never hurt anybody!
i have not wrote in a few days. here is an update.
i didnt go to work last thursday night. the snow was horrible on 35 and i was tired. had to work overtime friday which left me without the awesome 4day weekend i planed.
BUT!! on saturday with no sleep brian,bethany,seth and I all spent the day in boston.
it was pretty fun. We went to the Franklin Park Zoo (we wanted to go to the aquarium and such but it was spur of the moment so the Zoo was all we did) it was alittle cold...and we All were Very tired. i took alot of picture which are under the cut. um So now all our friends want us to plan a day when its warm to go to boston but do everything, the aquarium&zoo and maybe out to dinner or shopping? it sounds fun i like doing shit like that. you shouldnt always worry about money and go enjoy yourself at least once a month. to get in cost $11 each um tolls are about $10, gas ughh that was about $35 (for his car we need Premium) and lunch which was $15ish. so $80..not bad i think.
in other news me and brian bought a few things to drink for sunday night since we had no work.
99 banana's and some black cherry rum. coconut soda and pineapple juice. mmhmmm i wanted to get trashed and watch some 007 (casino royal) but had one mixed drink and passed out.
that was my wonderfull weekend. <3
i love the rain. it takes out the power which leaves you with no water no food and no fun.
then it floods the roads and bridges so that we were trapped in hollis because every road out of here was closed. it takes down whole tree's and powerlines creates erosion and potholes.
kills a grandma and her little granddaughter, oh but it doesnt take away 3rd shift at corning.
so even though people were flooded out of their homes, trapped and blacked out, my work though the roads were fine to drive on at 11pm. it was bullshit. the HIGHWAY was flooded!!! it took us an hour+ to find a way to work because everyother road was blocked off. im pissed. they are a billion dollar company, save yourself the risk of loosing a worker/slave driver just because you think that 8inches of rain is 'fine' to drive in.... fuck that.
