Some of you were criticizing my use of a biased source of information about the Terri Schiavo case.  So here's my unbiased source.  You can read about the website here to judge for yourself:  http://www.worldnetdaily.com/resources/about_WND.asp

Worldnetdaily is NOT an unbiased source. They have a definite agenda to empower the Christian Right. For example if you go to their bookstore you will find dozens of books refuting evolution, a theory which biologists have claimed to be the cornerstone of their science. I am not attacking ignorantly, I used to frequent WND all the time when I was a Christian. Claiming it is unbiased is akin to claiming Hitler loved the Jews. It just ain't true.

well, i'm sorry then. i did my best. i do believe, though, that they did the best job of reporting everything that BOTH sides said without inserting any interpretation. if you want, read part of the article and see if you agree. they certainly did a better job than the mainstream media.

My experience with WND is to take EVERYTHING they say with an entire pound of salt.

I don't really pay that much attention to news any more and trust me I used to be a major news junkie. It just doesn't seem that relevent to my life anymore. I can smell lies when I am faced with them and most news is just cleverly disguised opinion. By looking at a variety of different sources you can usually get a good grasp of the truth. I know what my values are and what I believe and I do not need phony news stories to give credence to them. I would rather read a good piece of scientific writing than a news story any day.
