good morning
I had an awesome night's sleep last night, for the first time in.... forever. It's honestly been over a month since I've been able to sleep well. I went to bed at about 2 am and slept til 11:30. Well, I was woken up by my roommate freaking out. I heard "What day is it? SHOOT!" as she jumped out of bed and hurriedly got around, called someone on the phone and left. She definitely didn't wake up until almost 11 I think, missing her morning class. Oops.
Anyway, I rolled out of bed and decided to check my email. First, Derrick sent me an email before he left to go home. He doesn't ever get online at his house, so I won't be able to talk to him online for quite a while. I won't be home until Tuesday, so he said he'll be too deprived to wait until then and will call either tonight and/or this weekend.
I also had emails from Kiesha, Brian and Donna. Kiesha's made me laugh hardcore, of course. When don't they? Then, Brian's made me smile really big. I hadn't talked to him in.... wow- months! So I sent him a card that had a picture of an old amish man on the front and inside it said "Amish you". :-) Aparently that made his day, so that made me super happy! That's what I was shooting for. I miss him being my best friend. He's such a sweet boy. Donna's was just a "Hey! What's going on? I haven't talked to you in forever" kinda thing.... which is random. Seriously, she always sends those emails at the right time. I bet my punk brother called her again and told her to check up on me. Little fruit loop :-P
I also got a birthday card from the granny today! :-) A little late, but sweet nonetheless. I miss her. I believe I'll be spending some hardcore time visiting her this break. Then we can knit and crochette together :-) She has to teach me how to knit first. I heard it's a whole heck of a lot easier than crochetting so that makes me happy beyond belief! I'm stoked.
Well, that's my day. Just lots of awesome people in my life that I'm so thankful for. And... on our hall announcements board, I asked the ladies to pray for Mark and they all wrote "Of course" on it. :-D Yay. Life is going so well right now. Now it's time to study for exams. What fun that sounds like!!!!! I hope you're all doing well. Seriously, please send me prayer requests if you have any! God bless all of you! Good luck with exams!!!! One more week and we'll be done. No worries!!!
