Happy April Fool's Day
Happy April Fool's Day! Hope everyone has a good day or at least has fun with their bad day! ;-)
So far today, the joke is on me. When I woke up at 5:30, I thought it was 6:30, and got up and got going. I could have used the extra sleep, but that's okay because now I have time to post. So does that mean the joke is on you?
Today at work, we're having an April Fool's Potluck. The idea is that you can bring either regular food or funny (as in amusing) food....like a pizza made with cookie dough and fruit on top.
Here's my funny food:
Beach Jello
I was going to make mud pudding: chocolate pudding with oreo crumbs on top and gummy worms through out (you could even put in some Jelly Belly's to make the a rockier soil), but I felt more in a beach mood. You can't see it, but there's a sea horse in the jello itself. The beach is made of Nila Wafers. Life is always better with Nila Wafers, right?
