Photoshop & Children's Book Writer's Community
Good Morning! I will probably be posting a lot today, or at least this week because I have been saving up things...but I'll keep this one short.
For those of you who can actually draw, or even those like me who like to pretend they can: Here is a set of directions on how to make online art in Photoshop from a line drawing. Some of it, I don't get, but that just means I need to play with it some more. :D
And I found that link via a community:
scbwi (Society for Children's Book Writers and Illustrators--in Britain). SCBWI is an international organization. I know they have a group that meets here in Austin. I've only seen the one LJ community though.
I've been trying to expand my lj horizons, so I've actually found several interesting communities of late including a goal making community.
