I just got back from SXSW. It was amazing, sort of like Rock Six Flags.
I'm trying to remember what I did, I'm making a list of the best bands I saw... As soon as my liver recovers and I can remember where I was last week I'll post it.
3 highlights-
The Giraffes. Again, they are amazing. I love them a lot.
Jandek - I saw him play in a church and it was the most intensely emotionally engaging show I've ever seen
Afropunk showcase - I got wasted and had to leave early, but it was FUN. All of the bands that played were fantastic
