Let's talk about things that I find deeply upsetting for a moment. First there is this -

Notice how many of Rolling Stone's facts are just plain wrong. Also this was a Camel ad in the magazine and they totally neglected to mention that this thing was sponsored on their web page. Or ask any of these bands if they wanted to be in a tobacco advertisement.
2nd there is this

We got a copy of this in my history of rock class. Which is taught by... an ex editor for Rolling stone. Not that he has anything to do with the RIAA, he's just the one who passed it on.
I'm trying to make a list of my top 10 albums of the year for CMJ's magazine and I'm having a hard time. Now I become one of those music idiots with lists of everything. Fantastic.
