Oh goddd I'm getting nervous for tomorrow!
I absolutely suck at sight reading. I got like a 2 out of 15. Or maybe it was a 4. Haha.
I can do okay with the scales I think. I can't really practice now without being disruptive (and out of tune pianos don't really help).
So I have to really count on the song. I'm doing my best with the dynamics and stuff and I think I do okay with following the accompaniment but I don't have anyone to tell me what to do better.
I am like terrified my cold is going to be horrible tomorrow. I've had a little one like all week and today it got a tiny bit worse. But tomorrow I have the audition it better be okay.
Anyway, I really like the cds so far. The debut is my favorite of the 2. The new one, I don't know, I don't like it as much. With their first 2 cds I really love all the songs and their all catchy and different but with this one I haven't been able to pick favorites because none of them have any really distinct thing about them. But then I've only listened to it 1.5 times.
Well...happy horses and summer faeries don't paint themselves! I am getting quick tired of looking at it. The faery shouldn't take long and her clothes are easy. I want to scan it tonight too.
I am then going to work through all my ideas in the order that I got them. Or else they never get painted.
