I'm doing SCIENCE and I'm still Alive!

Dec 13, 2007 23:36

These points of data make a beautiful line,
and we're out of data,  we're releasing on time,
So I'm GLAD I got burned,
think of all the things we learned
for the people who are still alive. . . .

I. . . made . . . it.  And now I'm going to bed for a long, long, time.

Since you put your current music under 'location' if you click the link, Google maps tries desperate to locate "jonathan Coulton's We are the Champions cover'. It never finds it. ;-)

A measure of my late night post-final submission state of mind.

Though, I've always wondered about the map function of the current location field. I mean, in the rare event that you (okay, I) would use that blank, it would would be in a very vague way, and for a specific purpose (e.g. "at home, finally" or "in a coffeeshop" "stuck in the airport" "Paris! Within site of the Eifel Tower!" etc etc). Who on earth is going to give their "current location" as 123 Main St?

You know, I don't know. I never thought about it. I can't think of any reason to actually DO that, you know say "here I am at 450 12th Street, San Francisco" And more then that, you'd have to put the San francisco part in there, because otherwise how would maps know WHICH 450 12th street you were talking about?
