Alright, Renee requests elaboration of this shitty day. Now that I am less neurotic, I'll share my woes. Ok, so here goes...I had a 12 page research paper due last friday. I got sick/lazy and didn't finish it. So, on thursday I e-mailed my professor telling her that I was going to turn it in at class on Friday morning (the last day of classes). This class starts at 9:05 and ends at 9:55. So of course Thursday night I stayed up to finish this paper. I finished at approximately 7:30. I was effing tired, so I decided not to finish the all-nighter and get an hour of sleep before class started. I set two alarms to make sure that I would wake up: one on my cell phone, the other on my clock. I awoke at 10:00. My class is like a ten minute walk away, so I totally missed it. In my histeria, I started hitting my head against walls and actually said the f-word. Anywho, so of course I woke up su and she tried to console me by reminding me that my professor has office hours after class. So I checked the hours and luckily they were from 10-11. I could still make it! I got to the room only to find it locked and devoid of my professor. My hope was shattered. Keeping in mind that was the last class of the semester, I found myself royally screwed; the paper's like 30% of my grade. I looked like the flakiest bastard to my professor who, by the way, is grading my paper rather subjectively. And so I proceeded to the library to e-mail her and at which point, I updated my livejournal. However, the day does not end there...In my morning's frustration I completely forgot to return all of my swimming equipment. Which means I get charged an awesome hundred or two. :) yeah, so I'm kinda recovered now, but still pretty out of it...aw, whatever. To some relief, slope day was pretty cool. Su and I ate cotton candy and got spray paint tattos. :) pictures to follow. They were giving out funnel cake too, but the stand closed before we got there. And Snoop Dogg was...cool? The crowd was so freakin big in front of the stage that I didn't really get to see him. (not like that would be very pleasing) Anywho, going to watch "The Prince and Me"!
