ok, yeah, so it's been like years since i updated, but this is soooo worthy of a post...
just now, at 4:09 a.m., a completely sober leah (except for a gin and tonic consumed about 2.5 hours ago) climbs into her full size bed with freshly-washed bedding. in a semi-squat, straddling the usual mounds of pillows, she reaches for the alarm clock over the backboard and thinks to herself "fuck. four hours of sleep is hardly a decent nap." then after adjusting the volume, leans back a tad to slide into a recumbent position and holy shit bam, falls backward, ass first, into the wall and then to the floor on top of some empty coca-cola fridge pack boxes. god, i love it when people fall down.
