A few of my friends are experiencing difficulty with their bosses/managers. Have you ever wondered why so many people in positions of power, real or imaginary, are completely nuts? Do their antics and personalities somehow not make it on to the hiring manager's radar?

What's the deal?

It's been years since I've had a boss that matters. Stories like these make me shudder when I contemplate returning to work.
